How are Wildlife Works products shipped?
Standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is by USPS Priority Mail. For items in stock we ship within five days of receiving your order. Please call customer service at 1-888-934-WILD (9453) for shipping rates to International destinations.
Is rush delivery available?
If you gotta have it and you gotta have it quick, we offer delivery by FedEx™ 2-Day for an additional charge.

Is sales tax charged to purchases?
Sales Tax at 7.25% of the merchandise total will be added to all orders shipped to an address in California. Sorry that's the law. At present there is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.

Is it possible to return or exchange merchandise?
We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the current price charged for items returned to us.
PLEASE NOTE: A $4.95 shipping and handling/restocking fee will be charged for each return/exchange. Defective merchandise exchanges are NOT subject to this fee.
