Why am I unable to purchase items through your Web site?
First check to make sure that you have cookies enabled on your browser. Every browser is different, so check the instructions on your browser for information about cookies. If your cookies are disabled or turned off, this is probably the reason why you are having trouble purchasing through the site. Wildlife Works recognizes and values UNEP's global audience, but at present we are only able to process online orders from the US and Canada. We welcome orders from residents of other countries, so please contact customer care by phone fax or mail to learn how to place an order from your country.

How are Wildlife Works products shipped?
Standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is by USPS Priority Mail. For items in stock we ship within five days of receiving your order. Please call customer service at 1-866-629-0172 for shipping rates to International destinations.

Is rush delivery available?
If you gotta have it and you gotta have it quick, we offer delivery by FedEx™ 2-Day for an additional charge.

Is sales tax charged to purchases?
Sales Tax at 8.25% of the merchandise total will be added to all orders shipped to an address in California. Sorry that's the law. At present there is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.

Is it only possible to purchase Wildlife Works products online?

Is it possible to return or exchange merchandise?
We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange for any reason, no questions asked. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange, worn or not.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the current price charged for items returned to us.

PLEASE NOTE: A $4.95 shipping and handling/restocking fee will be charged for each return/exchange. Defective merchandise exchanges are NOT subject to this fee.
